The best customer service experience. I ordered this hat along with another to surprise my wife. She had been wanting these hats and we were going away on vacation for her birthday.
I ordered them with expedited shipping so they would arrive in time. 2 days before my trip, I noticed that the package was still in transit and would not arrive in time. I contacted support and they sent out another order and mailed it overnight!
They didn’t charge me anything or try to give me store credit, they just resent the order and even said that when the original order gets delivered, that I can still keep them. I ended up gifting them to my sister.
They really came through and my wife loved them!!!

The cap is a great fit. I got a lot of compliments and the logo is a catch for sure. I have made 3 purchases the quality is good and the packaging protects the cap from bend, I received it fast.
